Jo joins Mozaic with over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles within tech consulting. She brings deep expertise across People, Culture, Resourcing, and Operational functions, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and embedding operational excellence to support business growth.
In her role as Operations Director, Jo will be responsible for overseeing Mozaic’s operational strategy, ensuring the firm has the right structures, processes, and culture in place to support its people and clients as the business continues to grow. She will play a key role in strengthening delivery capability, enabling teams to operate effectively at pace while maintaining a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
