We utilised our 7 Dimensions of Strategic Advantage framework to elicit opportunities and identify business impacts. We collaboratively developed a holistic, prioritised, transformation portfolio underpinned by data models which offered business insights linked to PowerBI visualisations. Our client received not only the findings, insights, and recommendations from the engagement, but also the structure, tools, and capabilities to self-assess and evolve this view and their portfolio over time.

Develop a structured view of the impacts of AI and other new technologies over time on the different Practice Groups within CMS and identify a large number of opportunities and strategic change initiatives
Develop a repeatable framework, including a data model, that enabled impacts and ideas to be captured, linked and prioritised
Drive the Practice Groups to generate transformational ideas that could be game changers in addition to ideas that improved business efficiency, understanding their ownership for driving these forwards over time
The Mozaic team married our industry and technology intelligence with client- specific insights gleaned via the engagement:
Incorporating views of over 100 workshop attendees from the client including Partners, Of-Counsels, Senior Associates and Trainees
Mapping impacts and ideas over time, assessed against high-level themes further sub-divided into lower-level categories
Data generated was mapped against the 7 Dimensions of Strategic Advantage and used to create data models and reports offering insights to individual Practice Groups on opportunities, threats and transformative ideas to take forward as well as generating a prioritised change portfolio.
