26 November 2025 – LONDON, UK – Mozaic, the award-winning IT and business transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tristan Wilkinson as Engagement Director, joining to help lead our Public Sector Practice and strengthen the firm’s leadership team as it continues its mission to deliver measurable, lasting impact for clients.
Tristan brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, having held leadership roles at organisations including Intel, PSInet, Go ON UK – the digital skills charity chaired by Martha Lane Fox – and most recently as Chief of Public Sector for AND Digital. He has a proven track record of developing and delivering digital transformation programmes in collaboration with senior stakeholders across both public and private sector organisations, driving innovation, efficiency, and tangible outcomes.
Tristan joins Mozaic at a pivotal time as the firm accelerates its work with public sector clients, leading programmes that modernise services, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes for citizens. As Engagement Director, he will provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and decision-makers. He will also help shape Mozaic’s delivery approach, ensuring the firm continues to drive impact, embed best practice, and deliver tangible, outcomes-led value across the public sector.
